Google Adsense, what an amazing topic indeed. Chances are, if you questioned the average web surfer, they would know nothing about it. Until you got into internet marketing, chances are you didn’t know of its existence either. Think about it. The webmaster is paid each time that someone clicks on an advertiser’s ad. Do you think that most people would click on ads if they knew that others were getting paid?
Now, most web surfers are oblivious to what is going on the web. They know that Google is involved and that Google is making money. However, the average person that surfs the web does not know that normal people make money from those cute little blue ads. If you were to explain the system to everyday people, they would stop clicking those ads.
Why? A lot of people can’t stand the fact that someone else is able to make money from them. Case in point, some people won’t buy products through affiliate links. They would much rather go directly to the vendor instead of buying that same product through an affiliate. So, with that being said, what do you think most people know about Google Adsense?
