Blogs need all sorts of content to survive and rise in popularity and there are numerous opportunities that will pay writers to blog for them and provide content for their site. But beware some blogging jobs are not legit and are outright scams. Look for paid blogging jobs using reputable sources such as problogger and hubpages to start. The pay may not be what you would expect but it can earn you a good part-time extra income.
Who knows if you devote enough time and effort into it, it could very well become a full time income and replace the income from your j.o.b. In any event it is something to think about considering the way the economy is these days and all the layoffs that are going around from company to company.
