My Experience with Adsense
April 15, 2008
Personally, I hated adsense. Unless you are a huge site it just is not worth it. And no one really clicks on those ads anyways even if they are on your site…I know that I don’t. Google is a huge corporation that is not very friendly. They are not out to help the little guy in the least bit. They will take space up on your site and maybe in 3 years you will be able to cash in that $100 check because it will take you that long. It is a depressing system that gives you pennies and not even pennies a day.
The thing with Google adsense also is that if a person goes on your site and tries to sabotage it they can just site there and click continuously on your Google ads until Google will actually ban you from their program! Adsense is all hype and no profit for the little guy..that is how I see it at least!
Legitimate Online Money Making Opportunities
April 14, 2008
I have a lot of freetime on my hands once I put my son down for bed. I’m usually either writing for Associated Content or surfing the internet for money making opportunities. I’ve done a lot of research about different websites that offer money for surveys, reading e-mails, playing games, and what-not, and I’ve put together a list of my favorites. I promise you that these websites are legitimate and a lot of them even offer payments via paypal. Here, I will list all of them with a short description and a link to the website. I will also list how much money I’ve earned this month (April 2008) from each of them.
Each month (or maybe every other week), I will update this blog with my current earnings at that time.
You are under no obligation to join any of these websites. I am simply listing them to help those out who wish to make a little extra money on the side. Keep in mind, you must be 13 or older to join them, and it would be smart to open a paypal account (http://www.paypal.com). You only have to open a free account but most of these websites deposit the money directly into that account and from their you can request a check. A few of these websites will send you a check directly instead of through paypal.
If you happen to notice a mistake in this list or know of any other good websites that offer you money, please send me an e-mail at empression@gmail.com.
Site Name: Lazzeo
My Earnings: $5.42
Join Here: http://lazzeo.com/signup?friend=empress
If you’re into MySpace, you will love Lazzeo. It’s extremely similar to MySpace, however, you earn money on the website. You can place your own Google Adsense ads to the website to earn money and you earn money from referring friends. Also, if you sign up for a gold membership, you will receive 15% of the entire websites revenue. If you sign up for a VIP membership, you will earn 85% of the sites revenue.
Site Name: Associated Content
My Earnings: $17.64
Join Here: http://www.associatedcontent.com/join.html?refer=112400
If you like to write, this website was made for you. AC is a website that offers money to it’s members for each and every article they submit. I usually earn an average of $3.00 per 400-word article plus performance payments. Performance payments are based on the amount of page views you receive for each article. You get $1.50 for every 1,000 page views. It doesn’t seem like a lot, but if you use the right keywords and write articles that appeals to a large audience, those views will climb quickly. All of your articles appear in the Google search engine which gives you an even better opportunity of receiving a large amount of page views.
Site Name: Cash Crate
My Earnings: $5.67
Join Here: http://cashcrate.com/551229
Cash Crate is a website that offers money for completing surveys, joining different survey sites (that also pay), and they pay you for referring other members. Not to mention, each time your referrals make a certain amount of money, you get 10% of their earnings. This is a great site for people who enjoy surveys.
Site Name: Fusion Cash
My Earnings: $8.00
Join Here: http://www.fusioncash.net/?ref=empression
Fusion Cash is similar to Cash Crate, however, they offer even more money for your referrals. You fill out surveys and join other websites to earn a pretty decent amount of money. This is another good website for those who enjoy taking surveys.
Site Name: Gangster Greed
My Earnings: $3.98
Join Here: http://www.gangstergreed.com?ref=57700
Gangster Greed is a website that pays you to fill out surveys, sign up for other websites, and also pays you for your referrals. Once again, it’s similar to Cash Crate and Fusion Cash, but it has a smaller amount of survey opportunities available compared to the other two.
Site Name: Inbox Dollars
My Earnings: $5.63
Join Here: http://www.inboxdollars.com/?r=empressive
Inbox Dollars is a website that not only pays you for inviting friends, filling out surveys, signing up for other sites, but it also pays you to simply read e-mails. I’ve had great success with this website. I’ve been a member for quite some time now and I would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone looking for a little extra cash on the side.
Site Name: Snap Dollars
My Earnings: $6.78
Join Here: http://www.snapdollars.com/index/empressive
Snap Dollars is a website that automatically pays you $5.00 just for signing up. You also get paid $5.00 for each friend you refer, get 25 tickets entered into their sweepstakes, and 10% of whatever the referred person makes. Not to mention, they also pay you for completely surveys and other offers. This site is another one of my favorites.
Site Name: Treasure Trooper
My Earnings: $10.12
Join Here: http://www.treasuretrooper.com/390218
Treasure Trooper is a website that offers you money for completing offers, taking surveys, completing their own simple profile surveys, and for referring friends. They also give you “coins” that you can redeem for prizes such as an XBox 360 or an I-Pod. From what I’ve heard, this website gives out the most amount of money compared to any other survey site currently on the internet. A plus!
Blog about Making Money and Make Money
April 12, 2008
I started off my blogging career with my blog 100% Free to Work from Home. I started it because so many WAHMS were asking me how to make money online. There are so many scams out there, people just didn’t know where to go. As I started getting paid by companies I started adding them to my blog. By doing this I could also make money by referrals. So I make money doing the program and then I make money by telling others about it. That means my blog on making money was making money.
I took it a step further and created a few more blogs that had to do with making money online. I created Get Paid to Write which only lists companies that pay you to write. That could be blog posts, articles, how to’s, or reviews. So long as everything on it had to do with writing. I like to write as you can see, so it made sense to find some writing jobs and earn even more by blogging and telling other people about it.
Finally, I created Get Paid to Complete Offers/Take Surveys/Read Emails. These are the sites where you make the most money from referrals. They are so easy that anyone can do them which is why so many people get in to it. I again, found sites that paid me like they promised and then added them to the blog.
So if you are ready to make money by blogging about making money feel free to visit one of my above sites.

Amazon.com
Earth’s Biggest Selection
The item I have listed is not nearly that amount of money. They must have gotten an email from Amazon and replaced a few pieces of info. It’s not even something they bought from Amazon Marketplace because Marketplace orders don’t do supersaver shipping.
The reason I even mention the question I got the day before, is that is how this scammer got my email address - from my reply. And although this seems like somewhat of an obvious scam I just want to put it out there to warn anybody of this potential scam.
I am not in any way discouraging anyone from using Amazon Marketplace. Amazon is my favorite place to sell things; I absolutely love it!
Blasting E-mails Can Work if You Know Where to Go
April 9, 2008
Today I am going to tell you about 3 companies I have used to increase traffic to my website and page rank to my blogs. They are easy to do and you never have to worry about being accused of spam as all messages are sent through their company to opt-in subscribers.
1. ListJoe: This company is totally free and you may be a bit skeptical about it. I wouldn’t blame you if you were. I was to at first until I did a little search. I found only good things said about this company so I decided to give it a try. I wrote my little ad and made sure the link I gave them was to a site I had installed statcounter to. This way I would be able to see if the hits I was getting came from ListJoe. Sure enough the next day I saw 400 hits out of a 1000 mailing. That is excellent odds. I also had some extra sign-ups to my programs. It’s an awesome company and I know you are going to be pleased with it. You can mail your message once per week as a free member.
2. TargetPro Blaster: This company costs $10 for life. That means you make a $10 investment 1 time and you can email the members 1 time every day. Actually you can email them twice because you get 1 credit mailer per day and one regular mailer per day. You will have to write your email and save it in notepad or something because it doesn’t save your message from day to day. The other good thing about TargetPro Blaster is you can sign up to become an affiliate when you become a member and you can earn $10 for every sale you make. I made one the day after I signed up which meant I was then using the system for free. Two days later I made another sale and started profiting.
3. E-mailblasters: This company has been around for a long time and has really good results. It costs a little more than TargetPro Blaster, but it saves all of your messages so you don’t have to keep retyping them. I just login, click send, and I am done. You pay $26 for a lifetime of use. You also get a regular mailer and a credit mailer every day. You can also sign up to become an affiliate and earn your subscription cost back. You need about $3 sales to do that.
To sign up for any of the above companies or to read my top 10 Ways to Bring Traffic to Your Site, visit my blog: http://top10trafficideas.blogspot.com
5 Tips To Not Get Kicked Out Of Paid Forum Posting!
April 9, 2008
The following is a list of tips on how you can stay being a “forum poster” for Paid Forum Posting Companies.
1.) Please do not copy and paste from other forums. That’s illegal! Paraphrase and think about it a little bit and add some opinions. The clients can see this and might report you to your Paid Forum Posting Company and you might get kicked off the team.
2.) Some companies require a specific ratio of threads and posts. Please follow them so as not to get kicked out of the team. You cannot flood the forum with posts and not put in threads especially if the Paid Forum Posting Company has strict rules about it.
3.) Some companies have limits as to how much you can post in a day. Do not flood the forums because it will look as if you are a paid poster.
4.) Don’t mention that you are a paid poster! You should blend in and act like one of them. Upload an avatar if a client requests you to do so. Also, participate in the competition or games whenever it is available so as not to look like you are a paid “forum poster”.
5.) Your posts must be relevant to the thread you are replying to. You can’t just say that you agree, you have to add something relevant to the discussion. Don’t post too much on the General Topics, your posts must be centered on the niche topics of the forum. There are clients who specify this so you would have to follow them precisely.

Earning From Paid Forum Posting Companies
April 9, 2008
How much you will earn from Paid Forum Posting Companies would depend on the hours of work you put in as well as the structure of the Paid Forum Posting Company you applied to.
Hours of Work
Which companies should you apply to will depend on how many hours you are willing to give to Paid Forum Posting.
Part Time: 1 to 3 hours per day
You should join “Project” Posting or “Subcontractor” Posting companies because they have limited forums to post on and you get to post only a few each day per forum. Also, for “Subcontractor” Posting, there is a schedule as to when you should post so you have to complete this first before doing “Project” Posting assignments to avoid getting kicked off the team.
Full Time: more than 3 hours per day
You should join “Unlimited” Posting companies because they don’t have a limit as to how many forums you can post to. Forum Booster allows its writers to ask for more forums and thus you can post more and definitely earn more in a day especially since you have a lot of time to post.
How much Can You Earn
“Project” Posting – Wired Flame and Forums First
You will probably have a maximum of 5 forums to post on each day per Paid Forum Posting Company. You can probably do 5 posts each forum so that gives you around 25 posts at $0.15 each which totals to around $3.75 a day. If you apply to both companies, you get $7.5 each day.
“Unlimited” Posting – Forum Booster
You can have around 10 forums to post on each day. You can probably do 10 posts each forum so that gives you around 100 posts at $0.10 each which totals to around $10 a day. But if you get to 500 posts (5 days of doing 100 posts), on your 6th day, your rate will go up to $0.15 and your daily total will be $15 a day.
“Subcontractor” Posting – Paid Posting Tools
You can have around 5 forums to post on each day. You can probably do 2 posts each forum so that gives you around 10 posts at $0.15 each which totals to around $1.5 a day. There are writing gigs here that pay around $2.00 per 200 words, which makes the company worth it. You just have to wait for those opportunities.

3 Types of Paid Forum Posting Companies
April 9, 2008
There are three types of Paid Forum Posting Companies and this depends on how they pay their “forum posters” and how forums are populated.
1.) Type 1 – “Unlimited” Posting
Paid Forum Posting Companies: Forum Booster and Posting Direct
Structure: Forums are assigned to many forum posters and they don’t have a deadline as to when the project is over. You can just post and post until the forum is removed from the list. Of course there are limits as to how much you can post in a forum in a day. But there is no limit in the number of forums you can post in for a day.
Payment: You would have to reach the minimum payout during payday, which is roughly around 100 posts for Forum Booster and 200 posts for Posting Direct before you can get paid. What is good about these companies is that they give you a higher pay rate if you are a very active poster.
2.) Type 2 – “Project” Posting
Paid Forum Posting Companies: Wired Flame and Forums First
Structure: Forums are listed and if you choose the assignment, you must get it done before the deadline. However, you have to post just enough for each day to be able to spread out the forum posts over the duration of the project.
Payment: (Wired Flame) Your posts will be paid only if the project or assignment you took on is done before payday. If the projects you choose will end in a month, then you get paid only after that month is up but only if the project was completely done. (Forums First) Can be paid even if the project is not yet done but you have to reach the minimum $10 for payout.
3.) Type 3 – “Subcontractor” Posting
Paid Forum Posting Company: Paid Posting Tools
Structure: Paid Posting Tools is like a middle man for other Paid Forum Posting Companies and PPT are the ones hiring the posters. Forum assignments are picked but they have a schedule of posting for each forum and thus you can only post a few for a given day.
Payment: The client of Paid Posting Tools will pay your posts and each company has a minimum of $10 before they pay you on payday. If the forums you are posting on “belong” to different Paid Forum Posting Companies, then your earnings are separated and you have to each reach $10 before you’ll get paid.
