Mainly because I'm using the PHP code for TLA in my template, and haven't had time to switch over to the plugin (or decided if I want to). I used to use Feedster in my RSS feed, but they required that you use "their" special feed to do that. They also injected images, rather than text only. Feedvertising doesn't make you change your feed location, and because the ads are "text only", they're a lot less obtrusive. I signed up, but haven’t tried it, myself.
