		<description>I thought that&#039;s the way it&#039;s always been (or, at least, for quite a while). I don&#039;t think that they&#039;re changes in the rules, but in the &quot;wording&quot; of the rules, possibly. Either way, though, rather than just making and changing rules, it would be nice if there were an easier way for them to &quot;enforce&quot; those rules.

The search engines seem to be getting a little better at filtering out the spam blogs, but there&#039;s still &quot;way&quot; too many out there.</description>
